How quickly can you fix the list?
Most fail lists are short, and we schedule them so you're ready before the re-inspection date. Your quote says when we'll do the work.
Do you work in occupied units?
Yes. We schedule with your tenant directly or through you, keep the visit short, and send photos when every item is done.
What if an item needs a licensed trade?
We flag it on the quote and coordinate a licensed partner, so the whole list gets handled. Water heaters, toilet replacements and new wiring are the usual ones.
What about peeling paint in an older home?
In a home built before 1978, chipped or peeling paint has to be handled with lead-safe work practices. We flag those items on your quote before any work starts.
