Get one flat price
Within 1 business day of the visit: labor and materials for the whole list, no hourly meter.

We work through it
Any day, 7 AM to 7 PM. Progress photos by text, and nothing extra without your OK.

Photo report & one invoice
Before-and-after photos of every item, and the job site cleaned up before we leave.
Can you do my whole list in one visit?
Usually. We walk the whole list with you at the free estimate and price it as one job, then plan it so it gets done in as few visits as possible.
Do you bring the materials?
Yes. Your flat quote includes materials, unless you would rather supply your own, like a light fixture or faucet you have already picked out.
Can you mount a TV on brick, plaster or above a fireplace?
Usually, yes. We check the wall first and use anchors made for brick, block or plaster. If a wall can't safely hold the mount, we tell you before we start.
Do you swap light fixtures and ceiling fans?
Yes, like-for-like swaps on existing boxes and wiring. A ceiling fan needs a fan-rated box, and we check that before we quote. New wiring or new circuits go to a licensed partner.
When can you come out?
Any day of the week, Monday through Sunday, between 7 AM and 7 PM.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. Many jobs can be done with a lockbox or door code, and you get photos as each item is finished.
