What we install
The finish work that sells a room.
Floors and trim are what people notice first in a rental listing or a walkthrough. We take the time on prep and edges so the result looks clean for years.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP)
Our go-to floor for rentals and busy homes: a waterproof core, a tough wear layer, and single planks that can be replaced if one gets damaged. We check and prep the subfloor, use the right underlayment, and finish every doorway with a transition.

- Damaged plank replacement
- Subfloor checks & leveling
- Transitions & thresholds
- Appliances pulled & reset
- Old flooring torn out & hauled

What moves the number.
Every floor is measured in person and quoted flat, labor and materials together. These are the things that change it most.
Size & layout
Square footage, number of rooms and doorways, closets and stairs.
Prep
Tear-out of old flooring and how much the subfloor needs leveling or repair.
Material
Rental-grade or upgraded LVP and tile, supplied by us or by you.
Edges
Shoe molding or new baseboards, transitions, and paint on new trim.
Do you supply the flooring?
Either way. We can supply rental-grade or upgraded LVP and tile, priced into your flat quote, or install materials you have already bought.
Can you replace just a few damaged planks?
Often, yes, when matching planks are available. From your photos we'll tell you whether a spot repair or a full room makes more sense.
Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Tear-out and haul-away of old carpet, vinyl or laminate can be included in the flat price.
How do you finish the edges?
New transitions at every doorway and either shoe molding or new baseboards, caulked and painted, so the room looks finished.
How long does a floor take?
It depends on the size of the space and the prep it needs. Your quote comes with a schedule before any work starts.
Do you move appliances and furniture?
Yes. We pull and reset appliances like the fridge and range, and move furniture out of the way room by room.
