Most Uptown homes are condos, apartments and townhomes, and many are owned by investors and rented out. That means turnovers between tenants, paint touch-ups, drywall repairs, blinds, door hardware, caulk, LVP and fixture swaps, all done within the building's rules. Many condo buildings require a certificate of insurance before a vendor can work and limit work to set hours, so we send the certificate ahead and schedule around the building. We also mount TVs and shelves and assemble furniture for new residents.
